All are steamed without oil or salt, and come with your choice of a sauce on the side:  Black Bean, Brown, or Garlic Sauce.

Diet #1: Cloud Around the Moon
Shrimp, scallops, crab meat, pea pods, broccoli and snow peas.

Diet #2: Buddhist's Delight
Tofu, shiitake mushrooms, carrots and
snow peas.     

Diet #3: Gourmet Garden
Shrimp, chicken and beef with mixed
Chinese vegetables. 

If you prefer your dishes milder or hotter, please let us know!  We can also make most of our dishes without MSG at your request, and we do not use any nut oils in our cooking.  (Some dishes contain nuts; please notify your server of your nut allergy.)

For those of you on a Gluten-Free diet, we have something for you too!  Order your stir-fry without soy sauce, and the Mei Fun noodles are made with rice flour!
